TAWERAWERA KOHANGA RENOVATIONS
In Late 2023, We were engaged by Te Kohanga Reo National Trust to undertake Design & Documentation works for the Renovation and Extension of the Tawerawera Kohanga. Located in the Waikato Region.
It was our task to give this particular Kohanga a new Birthday.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The particular project had a budget which required that the design be fit for purpose.
Maximizing both capacity for future growth at the Kohanga, as well as meeting the current needs for the Kaimahi and Tamariki.
Like all Kohangas and Early Childhood Centre projects. There are many strict regulations to adhere to, many sub consultants required & large amounts of co-ordination involved to complete the Planning & Building Consent documentation.
The building works were completed in 2025 by Kelvin Lalich Builders.
